- Press Make pictures smaller. Download each picture, or all of them in one ZIP file.
Examples
Email attachment
Each picture under 1 MB, longest side 2048 px.

Website photo
Under 300 KB as WebP, longest side 1920 px.
Good to know
- Will my pictures look worse?
- A little, the smaller you go. At 500 KB most photos look the same on a screen. For printing, choose 2 MB or more.
- What does longest side mean?
- The width of a wide picture, or the height of a tall one. The other side shrinks to match, so nothing is stretched.
- Why did a PNG not reach my size?
- PNG files keep every detail, so they shrink less. Choose JPG or WebP under Save as to go smaller.

File size in KB and image dimensions in pixels are separate requirements. Check both before submitting an image to an application form. Keep the original and inspect the downloaded copy for readable detail.
